Royal Modular Kitchen is a Puducherry kitchen specialist. We design, manufacture, supply and install — and we say what we can evidence, nothing more.
How we work
Measured first, drawn second
Most kitchen disappointments trace back to the same moment: a design approved from a floor plan rather than from the room. We measure on site before anything is drawn, and we design to those numbers.
We keep the chain short. The team that measures, the team that draws and the team that installs work to the same set of drawings, so nothing is lost in a handover between contractors.
We also design for where we are. Puducherry's coastal humidity is unkind to cheap hardware and unsealed cores, so our default specifications account for it rather than treating it as an upgrade.

No invented numbers
You will not find awards, ratings or project counts on this site unless they are real and verifiable. Where a figure belongs but hasn't been supplied yet, we leave the field visibly empty rather than filling it with a guess.

Site measurement
We record dimensions, service points, door swings and floor levels at your home.
Step 4
Space planning & design
Layouts and elevations are drawn against your actual dimensions, not a template.
Step 5
Material selection
Core, finish, countertop and hardware are chosen together, with samples in hand.
Step 6
Manufacturing & execution
Units are made to the approved drawings and site work is sequenced around them.
Step 7
Installation & handover
Our team installs, aligns and hands over, then walks you through the finished home.
